Refund Policy

Last updated: April 30, 2026

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost. No payment is required, and therefore no refunds are applicable.

2. Paid Plans — 14-Day Trial

All paid subscriptions (Pro and Enterprise) include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without incurring any charges.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your first paid charge.
  • You have not used paid-only features (Slack/Teams notifications, admin controls, session history) more than a handful of times during that period.

Refunds are not available for partial subscription periods after the 14-day window, or for annual plans once more than 14 days have elapsed since the renewal date.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, open an issue on our GitHub repository with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • The email address associated with your subscription.
  • The date of the charge you are disputing.
  • A brief reason for the request (optional, but helps us improve).

We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access to paid features until that date. No prorated refunds are issued for cancellations made after the 14-day window.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we detect abuse of the refund policy (e.g. repeated subscribe-refund cycles). In exceptional circumstances — such as a prolonged service outage caused by us — we may issue credits or refunds outside the standard policy at our sole discretion.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Changes do not affect refund requests already in progress.
