Create a Slack App
Go to api.slack.com/apps → Create New App → From scratch. Name it Pocko and pick your workspace.
Enable Incoming Webhooks
In the left sidebar click Incoming Webhooks → toggle On → click Add New Webhook to Workspace. Pick the channel (e.g. #planning) and click Allow.
Copy the Webhook URL
You'll see a URL starting with https://hooks.slack.com/services/…. Copy it — you'll need it in the next step.

Pocko posts rich cards to any Microsoft Teams channel via Incoming Webhooks — session start, all-voted, and results revealed.
Open your Teams channel
In Microsoft Teams, navigate to the channel you want Pocko to post in. Click the ⋯ More options menu next to the channel name and select Connectors.
Add Incoming Webhook
Search for Incoming Webhook and click Add → Configure. Name it Pocko and optionally upload an icon, then click Create.
Copy the Webhook URL
Teams will generate a URL starting with https://[tenant].webhook.office.com/…. Copy it and paste it below.
